This British photo contest is offering a rather unusual prize for 2007.
The overall Travel Photographer of the Year winner gets a trip to northern India to meet the Dalai Lama at the site of the Tibetan government in exile.
Entries are accepted in three portfolio categories – One Planet Many Lives; Sense of Place, and Thrill – as well as a One Shot (single image) category, the Young Travel Photographer of the Year for those 16 and younger, and the New Talent.
The contest is open to amateurs and professionals worldwide.
The entry deadline is Oct. 3.
